Last Updated: February 2026. These terms govern your access to the WhatABot grid. By initializing a workspace, you agree to these operational parameters.
By accessing WhatABot, you enter a binding agreement with FINLUMINA. Access is granted contingent on your adherence to our security and usage matrices.
Users are solely responsible for the integrity of their account credentials and all activity performed through their AI agents. Node sharing without authorization is prohibited.
The system must not be utilized for illegal transmissions, unsolicited spamming, or probing our neural infrastructure. Any attempt to breach our isolated tunnels results in immediate termination.
Service fees are allocated on a 'mahana' (monthly) basis. All plans require full payment before access is granted. A 7-day satisfaction guarantee applies to all plans — if you are not satisfied within 7 days of payment, you are eligible for a full or partial refund as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
All software logic, brand identifiers, and neural architecture are the exclusive property of FINLUMINA. Users retain ownership of their business data nodes.
WhatABot provides infrastructure on an 'as-is' basis. We are not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party API fluctuations beyond our core control matrix.
We reserve the right to suspend any node found in violation of this protocol. Users may terminate their workspace at any time, initiating an automatic 90-day data purge.
This protocol is governed by the laws of Pakistan.

You acknowledge that using any third-party automation on WhatsApp carries inherent platform risk and that WhatABot cannot guarantee your account's safety from WhatsApp's enforcement actions.
